Jenson Button’s New Whisky Release: A Blend of Racing and Scotch
As a Formula One champion, Jenson Button knows a thing or two about speed and precision. But did you know that he’s also a whisky connoisseur? Button has recently co-founded a new whisky brand called Coachbuilt, which aims to bring together the twin passions of Formula One and fine Scotch.

The inaugural release from Coachbuilt is an 18-year-old blended Scotch, commemorating the iconic Williams FW18 car. This limited edition whisky is a tribute to Button’s Formula One breakthrough with Williams Racing, and it’s a must-have for any racing fan or Scotch collector.
The Coachbuilt Williams 18 Year Old is a smooth and well-balanced sipping experience, with a fruity and spicy flavor profile. It’s been aged in a combination of ex-Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks, coming in at an abv of 48%. With only 3,000 bottles available, this is a rare opportunity to own a piece of racing history.
“The launch of our inaugural release is the culmination of my dream to blend my two big passions: racing and Scotch Whisky,” said Jenson Button. “With that said, racing fans and Scotch collectors have a lot to be excited about, as we bring forward some truly unique whiskies – all beautifully blended to create a smooth and well-balanced sipping experience.”

But Coachbuilt isn’t the only exciting development in the world of whisky. The Kentucky Bourbon Trail has recently added 28 new craft distilleries to its tour, offering spirits enthusiasts a chance to explore the best of Kentucky’s bourbon scene. And with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility, New Dawn Distilling is making waves with its new bourbon release.
