The new offering, Whiskey JYPSI Explorer Bourbon, is a meticulously crafted blend of two distinct 6-year-old bourbons, each bringing a unique flavor profile to the table. One bourbon hails from the bourbon heartland of Kentucky, while the other is crafted in Indiana, known for its high-rye bourbons.
Bottled at a robust 103 proof, Explorer Bourbon boasts a mashbill comprising 66% corn, 30% rye, and 4% malted barley. This inaugural release from JYPSI’s Explorer Series promises a journey through a diverse range of wood finishes sourced from around the globe. Each whiskey in this series will be aged for a minimum of six years and bottled between 100 to 107 proof, ensuring a bold and flavorful experience for whiskey enthusiasts.
