In fact, some of the casks used in the production of Unabridged Volume 2 lost a staggering 68% of their liquid content.

Despite these challenges, Milam & Greene’s master blender, Heather Greene, has managed to craft a bourbon that’s not only remarkable but also a true reflection of the Texas spirit. The Unabridged Volume 2 is a blend of 56 barrels, sourced from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas, with ages ranging from 2 to 16 years.
